Question from moms that had HB pressure during 1st tri

I will try to make this long story short..My first LO was born at 27 weeks due to undermined PTL. I finally worked up the courage to try again and I felt very positive. Well, my BP has been high and the doctor opted to put me on Methladopa (sp?). Now, for the first time I am so worried about delivering another preemie and I am wondering if anyone had high BP that did NOT turn into pre e...I would love some positive stories to calm my worry. TIA
