Active Babies?

My 10 week old DS is the most active baby I have ever seen. He never stops moving, even when he's sleeping.
The problem I am having with this is:

He hardly relaxes. He only naps about 30 minutes then he's awake and grumpy until he falls asleep again for about 30 minutes... and so on and so on... he can't seem to stay asleep because he is constantley flailing or wiggling or putting his hands on his face. We have this same problem at bed time. What used to take only 10 minutes, now takes two hours. It's a constant battle of too swaddle or not to swaddle. He hates to be swaddled becuase he can't stretch or move, but if I don't swaddle he is squirming all over the place. It seems as though they only way I can get him to sleep for a long period of time is if I put him in the moby wrap and then continuously keep moving.

Does anyone have any experience with active babies or have any suggestions?
