Poor baby- stupid pedi- dairy allergy related.

Around 4 weeks I thought my LO had a dairy allergy- she was super gassy, crampy, and would cry out in pain. I quit eating basic dairy and she has been doing great. Now ten weeks old my pedi said I could eat dairy again- she said most likely all those symptoms were from her system adjusting and that it was normal. So last night I ate pizza and now she is screaming in pain and i can tell her tummy hurts. I feel so so bad that I did this to her. Now it's going to take another two weeks for her to feel good again. I feel SO bad
