I know some people are not big fans of babywise, but basically we're just trying to establish the eat - activity - sleep routine.
Anyway, I just cannot figure out the specifics and wanted to find out what all of you do.
Set nap time length? Sometimes my LOs are up the whole 3 hrs and sometimes they sleep for 2-2.5 hrs for a cycle. Should I aim for a certain nap time length?
Do you put them in their crib for naps? I guess I just worry about them differentiating day time sleep from night time sleep.
I feel like I have a million more questions but my sleep deprived brain can't think of more at the moment
