I just had #2 about 3 days ago and we left the hospital at the 24 hour mark--long story. I have a 21 month who I hadn't seen for about 2 days and I wanted to just hold her and she wanted to be held! We had a bunch of people over and everyone was yelling at me that I can't hold anything heavier than the baby or I'll bleed like crazy for even longer. I'm very stubborn, I hate help. Am I harming my body by doing something I feel up to doing?
