bedtime question

my son is currently 9 weeks old and i'm wondering if i should change up his routine bc he goes to bed pretty late... he's eating every 3 hrs and his last feeding is at 10 pm. he then sleeps until 4 am, i feed him, then he sleeps again until 8 am. i'm wondering if i should start making his last feeding earlier in order to establish an earlier bedtime ? but since he's still not STTN i'm worried that cutting a feeding out and making his last feeding at 7 pm will actually work against me. i'm just confused ! opinions ??
