Introduction

I plan to start posting over here so I thought I would write a brief introduction.  I welcomed a baby girl on November 23, 2011 via c section after unsuccessfully trying to vaginally deliver after 4 hours of trying to push a posterior baby out and having gone through the whole delivery without pain meds because of a very low platelet count.  We could see her head, but she would not descend.  Fun! I'm just healing from the c-section now and taking one day at a time.  I have a bit of the baby blues, but nothing that qualifies as post partum depression.  There is just a lot of emotions going on for me in this time.  So that's about it.  I look forward to getting to know you all.
