stupid question about fever

If LO had a fever she would be warm other places other than her forehead and top of her head right?

I just noticed when I kiss her head and forehead she seems kind of warm today...plus she's been pretty fussy, but her ears and cheeks are cool. I'd take her temp, but we're stranded at my parents house with no thermometer.
