XP: Is there a 3-month growth spurt?

Our LO is 13-weeks and we have taken steps back at night and she is now up every 2-2.5 hours to eat.  This began ~2 weeks ago (I actually sent a text to my sister on Nov. 14th that she had only gotten up once a night for the past few nights), then it all fell apart and we went from up 1-2 times a night to the current nightmare/no sleep...She isn't just waking to wake, she is hungry with a capital "H"!!!  I was wondering if there was a 3-month growth spurt that might 'splain what is going on....
