Those with reflux babies...snot question!

Ok DS has reflux, and he's on Zantac. Yesterday morning he had a bit of a stuffy nose, so I used his aspirator and cleaned it out. I forgot to give him his second dose of Zantac last night before he fell asleep. Then last night he slept in his crib for the first time, and slept for a little over 8 hours (YAY!!!!), and we have one of the wedge things in there to help with the reflux. Anyway, this morning when I fed him, after about 2oz I burped him, and he spit up a little (not unusual), but it had this yellowish, snot looking stuff in it. He's spit up a few times since then and there hasn't been anymore. Have any of you had this? My thinking is that because he hadn't had anything to eat in over 8 hours, it was just snot from him having an empty stomach. I'm not too worried about it, because he doesn't seem uncomfortable or anything, just curious if anyone else has experienced this. TIA!
