Baby poop ?

LO has been grunting and straining a lot since her 4 a.m. feeding. DH changed her about 6 and her poop was kind of 'mucusy'. At 8 it seemed kind of greenish gray.I just changed her again and now it seems more gray, mucusy, and like there might be a little twinge of blood in it. She is breastfed and I haven't eaten anything that I haven't eaten before. Anyone have any ideas? I do have a call in on the nurses line and I'm waiting for them to call back, but thought I'd ask here too.
