Whats up with her?

For the past 2 night when she gets into her deep sleep she breathe hard and sighs after the end of each breath. Shes only 3weeks old, its soo cute but at the same time should i possibly be worried about something? lol Sorry Im a first time momma and worry about every.little.thing! lol Any thoughts? lol
