s/o: 1 mo. Hep B vaccine reactions

Anyone's babies sleep a lot after the 1 mo. Hep B vaccine? DD was awake from 7:30am-10:30am b/c of our pedi appt (a long wake time for her). After her appt and vaccine, she has pretty much been sleeping since 11am (now 5:30pm). She has stirred and woken a bit for feedings and had several poops that I have changed. She also had 1 alert period for about 30 min, but then fell asleep with no soothing on my chest. Is this normal? DS was always extra fussy after shots and Google is my worst enemy.
