Thank you note without a name?

One of our neighbors brought over a gift for the baby, but I'm not sure how to write them a thank you note because I don't know their names.  We know most of the neighbors so we've asked around, but no one knows their names.  This couple doesn't speak very good English so I'm guessing that's why not many people know them.  Any ideas?
