Christmas Gifts?

Okay I know other people have asked this but I am wondering what you all are doing? DH and I have always been the kind of people to spend very little on each other and we don't want to be the people to spend an inordinate amount on LO.  I want to get her a first Christmas ornament for sure and DH and I always do stockings so I would like to get her a stocking but that is probably all we will do for her this year.  But what kind of stuff should we put in her stocking? Are there any good inexpensive things that come to mind? I am thinking I will try to find a few small Melissa and Doug toys I dont know though she really has a lot of toys already.
