poss clogged duct

im pretty sure i have one- there is a very sore lump that developed suddenly on my left breast. i exclusively pump, so was wondering what to do about it? everything ive read talks about clogged ducts and breastfeeding, but nothing about if you only pump. just wondering if it all applies!
