Blood in nose and throat?

This past month I randomly got a bloody nose. I have never has a bloody nose in my life. It wasn't anythng major, but as time went on I noticed globs of blood when I would blow my nose and extra mucus in my throat with spots of blood. This is my first pregnancy and although I am reading up on information and getting lots of advice and help from friends and families I have yet to find any answers on the subject. I have a doctors appointment next week but I would like to know if I am the only one.
