To call the doctor or wait till tomorrow

I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped noticed a red (bright red, not brown) streak of blood with some mucous. Sorry if it was tmi. There wasn't a lot there...just enough to where I noticed it. Do you think this warrants a call to my ob today or just wait till tomorrow? I am thinking of just watching it and if I notice anymore to give them a call?

Opinions?

ETA: DH and I haven't had intercourse in the past few days so it is anything like that (poor DH...lol)
