Insurance Question

I just searched for my OB on my insurance provider list and she wasn't listed.  She works at a large practice and all of the other OB's are on the provider list.  They work in teams with an OB, certified midwife, and nurse, and the midwife is on the provider list.  Should I be concerned that she's out-of-network if everyone at the practice is in-network?  Seems a little wierd, but I don't want to get a surprise bill from my insurance company.
