We went for our 1st ultrasound today and they couldn't find a heartbeat, baby stopped growing at 6 weeks and there was blood around the sac. The wait is on now for my body to hopefully take care of things on its own. We are devastated

But I wish you all happy & healthy pregnancies! Please take care of yourselves.
