Still doesn't feel real

Does this still not feel real to anyone else? I don't have any m/s or anything and haven't gained any weight. I only feel more tired than usual (have been falling asleep at 9pm lately). I don't know if I should be happy or nervous (I don't go for an u/s for 4 more weeks). Anyone else feel the same way?
