Orange - light brown CM

Last night after going to the bathroom I had like a salmon/orange tinted milky cm on the toilet paper, nothing in the undies so I thought nothing of it - one time occurance (never happened before)

Tonight just went to the bathroom and this time it was once again only when I wiped and not in my underware but was a tannish/really light brown color?

I have an appt. Monday Nov. 7th for an u/s - routine

I know this is normal or common and I have no intense cramps. 
Should I call my doc. on Monday or just wait it out and if nothing comes of it just wait till my appt. and let them know?
