Does M/S get worse or stay the same?

During week 6 I felt like I had constant car sickness.  During week 7 I officially started hurling every single morning as soon as I went vertical, but then I dont throw up again the rest of the day.  For those of you who are in weeks 8, 9, 10, 11... does this get worse?  Can I expect that this is as sick as I will get?
