M/S Gone/Not as Bad

I'm 9 weeks now. I was so sick last week & threw up most days. This week, I've only been nauseous 2 days and haven't thrown up at all.

 Anyone else starting to feel better? 

 I know symptoms come & go, but it surprises me how functional I am without all day nausea (except for the fatigue- that still makes me useless after 6 PM)
