Coming out of lurking :)

Hi!  I am a little reluctant to come out of hiding in fear I might jinx this pregnancy so I have been lurking since my BFP 8 days ago.  

I have been TTC baby #2 for 18 months now, I have had one prior miscarriage last December and the road hasn't been easy for us.  I had a miscarriage scare this week when I started spotting 3 days ago.  But good news, I just got my beta numbers back and they have more than doubled over the last 48 hours.  

To stress me out more I came down with the flu on Monday morning and had high temps (around 102) sustained for about a 24 hour period.  Fingers crossed that the baby wasn't affected by it.  

Anyway I just wanted to say hello and I wish a happy and healthy months to everyone on this board
