BF while pregnant

Any 2+ time moms BF while pregnant?  I am still BF my 14 month old...aside from food, he is BF only - no formula or cow's milk.  My OB's nurse told me that I should start weaning ASAP to prevent uterine contractions from nipple stimulation.  Of course, I googled it and saw lots of things saying that nursing while pregnant is fine.  Anyone done it in the past and had any luck or any problems with it?  I do plan to wean him before this baby comes, but don't want to have to rush it.  He still can't have cow's milk anyway due to a milk protein sensitivity, so I'd really like to keep up the BF for a few more months at least.

Anyone have any good info on this?
