It's only lunch and i've finished the water bottle I brought.I was thinking I should start bringing two (water system is private at work and the water is gross)..but i seem to be going to the washroom every hour as is. I bet someone will notice the excessive bathroom runs anytime..but if i added another bottle i don't think i would ever leave the bathroom. Isn't my body supposed to keep some of the water? or is the only water it's keeping make me bloated. lovely body. just. lovely.
