traveling over thanksgiving

We bought tickets back in August to take the train from North Dakota to southern Illinois over thanksgiving to visit DH's dad and step mom.  I'm really excited and it sounds like much more fun than the bus (which we took this summer to go visit DH's mom in Detroit).  I will be about 11 weeks pregnant at the time and am already experiencing random bouts of nausea and vomiting. 

 I'm wondering if maybe I'll be lucky enough to not have m/s on the way there and back.  

So does anyone else have plans to travel over thanksgiving or christmas?  Has being pregnant made you want to change your plans a bit?
