Headache and nausea

I've suffered from hormonal migraines since I was a teenager...everyone always said that once I got pregnant I wouldn't have to deal with them the whole nine months. I think they were wrong...I woke up this morning with a killer one and can't take anything to get relief. Tylenol doesn't even touch it:(. Add to it that m/s seems to have arrived in the form of all day sickness...and I feel like hell and had to stay home from work today. Sorry to vent... But I figured you would understand;) Anyone have any suggestions on alleviating the migraine? Other than caffeine which I'm trying...DH just brought me home a coke. I can handle the m/s as long as my head isn't throbbing:/ TIA
