Lovely co-worker comment

Backstory:  Last October I injured my knee running and I am still working on getting it healed fully.

So today I had lunch with several of my coworkers and one of them asked me about my knee and how it was fairing.  I said it was fine, no better, no worse and then she made the comment "I was just wondering how it was holding up with all the extra weight you are carrying now."  Just as I was feeling like a fat @ss today she went ahead and solidified that I actually do look like a fat @ss.  Awesome.
