No William, there is no Santa Clause

So, my mom just got back from a trip visiting some family out of state.  I went to their house for dinner to catch up last night, and she told me that my cousin has decided not to "do the Santa thing" for his son.  His DS is 2.5 years old.  He said he won't do it because it means he'd have to lie to his child, and under no circumstances do you lie to a child.

They are Christian, were both raised in a household  that Santa visited every Christmas.
