I was going to register for this mind-body birth and it's all booked! Well there is one left but it's too far away.

Now what? I can't believe I've been slacking this much and let this happen. I could kick myself.

So now what, do I look for something else outside the hospital? Did you do anything online? Is a birthing class really THAT big of a help? I keep thinking it is b/c I want to go med free and have the feeling that some breathing techniques and other tips for me and DH would be helpful. What is your experience? I know the baby will come either way but did you find the classed helpful and did they (do you believe) help you go med-free?
