team green - 3D u/s?

We are team green and not planning on getting a 3D ultrasound. however, my cousin goes to the same OB and said the tech offered a quick peek at baby's face in 3D at her last regular u/s. If we were to get the same offer, do you think seeing LO's face might give away the sex? when i saw utilaprincceses 3D shot it looked 100% girl to me. what do you think? should i risk it?
