I've been pretty lazy the past 2 weeks. I think it was all the hormones and anticipation of test day.
Today feels like a good day to get back into my routine. As of right now I have my doctor's blessing to continue my workouts.
What forms of fitness do you enjoy? Running, Yoga, etc.
What are your plans for 1st Tri fitness routines? Have you found any good sources of workouts or plans?
Do you plan on changing anything or adding anything?
