Hip popping?

I think my body has OD'd on relaxin or something, because I have been going crazy the last couple days because it feels like my right hip is popping out of socket every time I turn to the side, and sometimes when I'm just walking normally. It doesn't really hurt that bad, it's just annoying, and gets sore after several pops! Yesterday, however, I was on my feet a lot, and after getting home, I had to lay down because the soreness was kind of radiating toward my lower back.

Anyone else have an issue like this? This isn't the first time it's happened, it's just gotten really bad the last couple days and doesn't seem to be going away.
