I need some opinions! Our builder asked us a few things that we need to decide....

1. Do we have him plant our grass this year (next few wks) or wait until next year when we do all of our landscaping? I hear fall is a good time to plant, but don't have any experience with that.

2. Do we do an asphalt driveway now, or wait a year and do a concrete one? For concrete, the ground has to settle a year before they do it and we just dont have the extra money right now to do concrete-but next year we would.

 So....what would you do?
