When did you know LO was left-handed?

Claire is definitely formed a preference for her left hand.  She will only draw, use chalk, color, paint etc. with her left hand.  Even if I hand her a crayon or something in her right hand, she switches.  I'm not sure if it's too early to assume she'll be a lefty but it sure seems that way...and I have no idea how you teach a lefty to write :P.  Anyone else think their LO will be left-handed?
