Custody question- Child's birthday

How do you split up your child's birthday in your custody agreement? We are finishing up the parenting plan, and I am suppose to come up with what I want so we can discuss. I WANT to have my child on their birthday every year, without fail, but we all know that isn't what's best for the child.

So how did you work this out? My child isn't born yet (4.5 months along) and we have no other children. I will have primary custody, with STBX with EOW. Thanks for your responses!
