What are you girls cooking up this week? I'm excited for the cooler weather and fall food!

M: I made 2 huge pots of sauce and at least 50 meatballs... the freezer is stocked!

T: DH works late, so leftover spaghetti and meatballs for Evan and I.

W: turkey meatloaf, mashed potato/cauliflower and corn

Th: chicken and black bean enchiladas and guacamole  

F: meatball subs and salads

Sat: our anniversary, so out for dinner

Sun: ? not sure yet
