Anyone's dogs NOT acting different?

I always hear "my dogs knew before me" or "as soon as I got a positive HPT my dogs started acting really protective". I keep waiting for my dogs to start acting in some strange way, but they are acting totally the same! Walking all over me, jumping on me as if all is the same. Anyone else's dogs seem not to notice anything is different?
