I hate cell phone companies. They rank right up there with insurance companies in my book. We had all these issues with DH's phone so he upgraded. Every day the 15th-19th they told him it was shipping and be there the next day. EVERY DAY it didn't come and every day they told him it was coming. Then we went on vacation last week and ofcourse it showed up on Monday. haha! So then they gave us this $130 credit which was showing up online. I looked today and it's gone. So I called, trying to figure out what the deal was. The girl said it will show up on my next bill....who wants to place bets that I'll be calling them back next month wondering where the credit is? Anyone? Anyone?
