Bathroom stalls

I strongly feel that all bathroom stall doors should open outwards. I never noticed before, but a lot of them open in towards the toilet and being the size that I am now (and the size that I will be soon) I have work really hard to squeeze in and get the door shut. It's getting very difficult! I use the handicapped stall sometimes, but I'm always concerned that someone who really needs it (wheelchair, crutches, etc) will come in and give me dirty looks when I walk out for making them have to wait. Why can't there be a "ginormous pregnant woman" stall in every public restroom?
