How much calcium are you getting through your vitamins?
At my last appointment, my DR said the most important thing at this stage was to make sure I got enough calcium. He said the baby will take all of mine, so I need at least 1500 mgs a day. He told me to check my vitamins, so I did, my prenatal has 700 mg and my calcium supplemental has 600 mg, so I am getting 1300.
I drink a glass of milk at night everynight, so I figure that should get me to 1500. What do you ladies do for extra or does your vitamin cover it?
