Vietnam Flash Back...

Yesterday my BF did answer his phone or reply to my text for over 2 hours. I knew he was with his grandma, but he usually always answers texts.

I had a mini panic attack. Nothing to overly serious just got paranoid and had some irrational fear/anxiety about it. I know it was because the day X got arrested I had been trying to get a hold of him and couldn't. The emotions I felt were like a flash back to that day on a much smaller scale.

Turns out he and his grandma had been walking around the Zoo all morning and she needed to rest do he took a nap with his phone on vibrate.

This was the first time in my new relationship where I felt insecure and fearful. I did not enjoy it at all! I email my therapist for a quick chit chat. Hopefully there will not be a repeat of that anytime soon!
