Soft stools

G has never been one to have soft stools (not since infancy, at least).  Yesterday, he had 4 different accidents - they were very soft and he just couldn't make it to the bathroom in time.  Just before nap, he yelled for me that he had to go, but by the time I got in there, he'd gone again in his pull-up.  It's not diarrhea, but definitely not his norm.  He's eating fine, doesn't have a temp, tells me he feels fine.  Would you do anything in particular?  If it were me, I'd do a BRAT type diet to help bind me up a little - but he won't eat bananas or applesauce...
