Gift for 2 year old?

Hello ladies!  I figured I'd come to the experts with this question.  :-)

My cousin is having her second child, a girl, and already has an almost-two year old.  I am going to send her some cute clothes and things for the new baby but I want to send something for Bennett as well.  What are some small, easily shippable toys/games/other things that are appropriate and fun for a little boy at 22-23 months old?
