I'm starting to think I have anxiety issues. Almost every day I feel shaky, my heart is pounding, and I'm constantly tense. I'm not sleeping well, and don't have the time to exercise, but I know I need to make these more of a priority since when I do, I feel better. I'll be getting a temporary lay off in about month which I can't wait for, because I think it will help things, but in the meantime, does anyone have any suggestions so I don't feel like walking on the edge of a cliff?
