I just got back and feel great!
I hadn't been for almost 2 months and wasn't going to be happy with myself if I started going again. So I went and I kept it low key. I only did 20mns on the eliptical and a couple of upper body machines. I didn't want to overdo it and have a bad experience so I'm glad I stopped when I did rather than tiring myself out.
Luckily it wasn't as bad as the last time I went in like week 8-9 and I wanted to die I was so tired afterwards! I am so thankful that 1st tri tiredness must really be gone!
