Grinding teeth?

I swear I'm about to loose it or throw up. How do I get my LO to stop grinding her teeth? I can hear it across the room, it's so loud! She only really using a pacifier at night and in the car, but I'm finding myself sticking it in her mouth just to rid that dreadful noise. *puts fingers in hears*
