Aiden's 1st Birthday (any suggestions)

Hey Moms just wanted to see if any of you can help me. My baby's first birthday is around the corner he was born on 10/10/10 what a lucky day and I'm super excited on planning his party maybe you can give me some ideas on what you've done for your little ones or what you will be doing. October's weathe is undecisive here in houston so i wanted to do like a circus theme birthday with some animals and clowns.

 OH! can someone please teach me how to put a picture of my lttle one on this thing. I've been since  09 and still havent learned.
